Exchanges are only applicable if an error was made by the manufacturer or InnerLuxuri Hair Collection. To qualify, items must be in their original condition (not worn, washed, combed out, etc.), and photo evidence must be emailed to info@innerluxuri.com within 48 hours of delivery.
